Effective from 15 July 2026 · version 2026-07-15
Terms and Conditions
For time-limited access to digital content on svet-karet.cz.
1. Service provider
Zelený drak s.r.o., Company ID No. 24924610, registered office at Čenětická 2413/1a, Chodov, 149 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, registered under file No. C 446049 maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague (the “Provider”).
Email: info@svet-karet.cz
Telephone: +420 608 678 888
2. What the customer purchases
The contract concerns single, time-limited access to digital content on Svět karet, in particular online card readings, complete card meanings and full versions of games, including the ability to create private online rooms.
- 24-hour access begins when payment is confirmed and lasts for 24 hours.
- 30-day access begins when payment is confirmed and lasts for 30 × 24 hours.
- A gift voucher entitles its holder to activate access once for 30, 90, 180 or 365 days, depending on the selected option. The access period begins when the code is redeemed.
An unused gift code may be redeemed within 12 months after payment is confirmed. The code is transferable until redemption and may be used only once.
This is not a subscription. Access does not renew automatically and no further amount will be charged without a new order.
3. Price and order
The price is shown with the selected option and again in the order form before the order is submitted. The amount displayed next to the button used to proceed to payment is the final amount payable by the customer.
The customer enters an email address, selects an access or voucher option, confirms the required consents and proceeds to the secure payment page of the available payment provider. Submitting the form creates an order involving an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when successful payment is confirmed.
4. Payment and access
Card payments and any other available payment methods are technically processed by SumUp or PayPal, depending on the customer’s choice. The Provider does not store the full payment card number or security code.
After payment is confirmed, access is activated automatically. A personal activation link is sent to the email address provided. Access may also be activated by returning from the payment provider’s website. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the email address and for protecting the personal link.
For a gift voucher order, the gift code is sent to the purchaser’s email address after payment is confirmed. Access itself is activated only when the code is entered on the website, and the selected access period starts at that moment. The purchaser and the recipient are responsible for protecting the code before redemption.
5. Immediate performance and withdrawal
Digital content is made available immediately after payment is confirmed only where, before placing the order, the customer gives separate prior express consent to performance beginning before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that, once the digital content is made available, the customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
If the digital content has not been made available, or if the statutory conditions for the loss of the right of withdrawal have not been met, the customer retains all rights under applicable law.
6. Technical requirements
Use of the service requires a current standard web browser, an internet connection, necessary cookies enabled and access to the email address provided. The customer bears the cost of their internet connection and equipment.
The access link and access cookie are personal. The customer must not publish, sell or share them on a mass basis. Where misuse is reasonably suspected, the Provider may replace the access token for security reasons.
7. Rights relating to defective digital content
The Provider is responsible for ensuring that the digital content is available for the agreed access period and has the agreed characteristics. These Terms do not restrict the customer’s statutory rights relating to defective performance.
Non-functioning access may be reported to info@svet-karet.cz. The customer should provide the email address used for the order, the approximate payment time and a description of the problem. There is no need to send a payment card number.
The Provider will issue confirmation of receipt of a complaint and will resolve it without undue delay, no later than within the statutory period unless the parties agree otherwise. Depending on the nature of the defect, the customer may request that it be remedied, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the obligation where provided by law.
8. Nature of readings
Card readings and card meanings are intended for personal inspiration, reflection and entertainment. They are not a medical diagnosis or legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. The customer remains responsible for important life decisions.
9. Copyright
Texts, illustrations, deck names, graphic design and other content are protected by copyright. Purchasing access gives the customer only the right to use the content personally for the agreed period. Further rules are set out on the Copyright page.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Processing the email address and order details is necessary to complete the contract and deliver access.
11. Alternative dispute resolution
The consumer may first contact the Provider at info@svet-karet.cz. The competent entity for alternative dispute resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, email adr@coi.gov.cz, website coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.
12. Final provisions
The contract is governed by the law of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights applicable to the customer. The version of the Terms applicable to a particular order is identified by its version number and is provided to the customer as an attachment to the confirmation email.
These Terms are effective from 15 July 2026.
