Email is the quickest way for us to resolve access problems.
Is your access not working?
Write to info@svet-karet.cz and include:
- the email address used for the order,
- the approximate time and amount of the payment,
- what exactly is displayed on the page.
Do not send the full card number, its expiry date or the security code.
Handling complaints
We will confirm receipt of the complaint. We will check the payment and functionality of the access and, depending on the result, restore access or provide another remedy available under law. We will resolve the complaint without undue delay, no later than within the statutory period unless we agree otherwise.
